Today, Congressman Tom Tiffany (WI-07) released the following statement after voting no on H.R. 1808, the Assault Weapons Ban of 2022.
"While Democrats waste their time chipping away at the freedoms of law-abiding citizens, crime continues to skyrocket," said Congressman Tiffany. "Attacking the fundamental rights of Americans isn't going to make our country safer -- backing the blue and putting criminals behind bars will.
