Olathe Reagan Picnic: Overwhelmingly backs Schwab to Defeat Dennis Moore

Olathe, KS-On the Fourth of July, voters at the Olathe Republican Picnic showed overwhelming support for State Representative Scott Schwab in his campaign for United States Congress.

In a straw poll conducted by voters attending the Olathe Republican Party's semi-annual Reagan Picnic, Schwab won support by a 20 point margin, showing a unified support for Schwab in his effort to defeat incumbent Dennis Moore.

"Republican primary voters are responding in great numbers to Schwab for U.S. Congress and our campaign against failed leadership in Washington," said Representative Schwab. "A large number of voters in the Third District share our values of balancing the budget, restoring local control of education, and finishing the job we began in Iraq," added Schwab.
