Autistic mentally ill Seung Hui Cho was manipulated to murder 29 at Virginia Tech Monday April 16, 2007. Logic dictates the Neocon operatives who manipulated Seung Hui have gotten involved in the investigation to make sure the case is classified as a "Lone Gunman born in Asia, acting the way all Asians act. Not another Federal Reserve Fraud conspiracy."

So "yes" the I-Ching seems to think, in my opinion, Neocon Shadow government operatives are in control of the Seung Hui investigation and media coverage. Logic dictates Federal Reserve Fraud's shadow government operatives will demand a lone gunman theory - A mentally ill Seung Hui, acting alone, killed 29 at Virginia Tech, end of investigation, let's go home, pass gun control laws, and be done with it. Of course this is not what happened. Neocon operatives manipulated the DC sniper murders with the guys' convicted "patsies" and school kid killings, so they are sharp at what they do, and do it over and over and over. Controlling the investigation is a big part of the hustle. The Houston Chronicle article on Virginia Tech Seung Hui Cho update is the only article I have seen on it, the worst murder rampage in modern history. Other shootings are reported today August 13, 2007 - SCHOOL-SHOOTING FUGITIVES HAVE GANG TIES: LOCALS {Newark} and 3 Killed in Mo. Church Shooting, both shootings minor in comparison and obviously not the work of the Federal Reserve Fraud. So the media is deep sixing the Seung Hui murder rampage coverage for it is possibly a conspiracy and the Neocons do not want readers to realize Big George's New World Order is manipulating school kid killings.

Let's try to answer some questions.

Emily Hilscher was murdered because she knew too much or as a diversion or as a challenge to Seung Hui. Karl Thornhill is involved in some way - manipulating Seung Hui and Thornhill may have been involved in Emily Hilscher's murder. Unfortunately I do not have enough facts on Ms. Hilscher's murder to make a definitive call. My first question is, How do the investigators know Seung Hui murdered Ms. Hilscher? Could someone else have murdered Ms. Hilscher as a diversion or part of the Cho manipulation and then blamed her murder on Seung Hui? Cho waiting for some unsuspecting individual to walk in or out of West Ambler-Johnson dorm when the rest of the murders are planned in such detail does not make sense at all. If you guys will give me some more facts on the Ms. Hilscher murder, like, how you know Cho murdered Ms. Hilscher, it would be helpful. Of course you will not, because any hint Ms. Hilscher was murdered by anyone other than Cho would indicate a conspiracy, and we know there would never be a conspiracy in our many school kid murders. Sarcasm. The dorm murders strike me as strange. Although I am not a criminologist, it would strike me as nearly impossible to predict how a person who murders is going to act after he murders the first time. So the dorm murders strike me as possibly the work of others to try and eliminate the thought of a conspiracy when we all know Cho was manipulated to murder.

I'll kill some, you kill more. A Neocon murder manipulator may have killed the girls in the dorm and used the dorm murders as a challenge to manipulate Seung Hui to go on his murder rampage. The fact the doors of the class room building were chained shut indicates the manipulators were not sure Seung Hui would go through with it. The chains give one reason to question whether or not Cho killed the girls in the dorm.

"Why West Ambler-Johnston? Why Emily Hilscher? We don't know," Virginia Tech police Chief Wendell Flinchum said, referring to one of Cho's first victims and the dorm in which she died.

Since the dormitory was locked early that morning, "we believe Cho waited for some unsuspecting individual to walk in or out of West Ambler-Johnston and then took the opportunity to enter the dorm," Flinchum said.

Were the dang doors chained from the outside or from the inside? If witnesses saw a suspicious man and the doors chained shut days earlier this implies the doors were chained from the outside. Obviously Seung Hui cannot be inside a building and chain the doors from outside the building. When the Federal Reserve Fraud manipulated September 11 the planes were flown by remote control because the Neocon planners knew the planes' pilots would make sure the planes did not crash into buildings in a highly populated area, so the planes had to be flown by remote control to make the Federal Reserve Fraud's September 11 James Bond type fantasy ring true. The Seung Hui manipulators, which wiggle on back to the Federal Reserve Fraud as well, may have chained Seung Hui inside the building for fear Seung Hui might decide not to go through with the massacre if Seung Hui had a way out. The manipulators had to have Seung Hui killing kids and Seung Hui dead when it was all over. How many school kid killers have not committed suicide? None that I recall. Maybe one or two.

So if Seung Hui wanted publicity he would want the contents of his hard drive known to the public. Because the hard drive is gone, it means Seung Hui was manipulated and the Neocon cult who manipulated Cho destroyed Seung Hui's hard drive to conceal their conspiracy which depends heavily on the Internet. It would be wise not to hold your breath waiting to find Cho's hard drive, cell phone, ect., This murder rampage was manipulated by James Steele John Negroponte type of professionals, they make few mistakes. It would be possible to figure out where the picture of Seung Hui as a warrior was photographed, and also the type of camera and if another person took the picture. The photographer would be in on the manipulation.

Seung Hui does not have a motive for going on this murder rampage - the worst in Modern history. The Federal Reserve Fraud, Neocons, Big George's New World Order, have one heck of a motive to manipulate Seung Hui to go nuts and murder 30. Federal Reserve Fraud is angry with China for building up their military and China working hard to develop oil and gas reserves independent of Exxon and big USA oil. Because Seung Hui is an Asian the New York Times, USA Today and will equate all Asians with Seung Hui. The Federal Reserve Fraud will use Seung Hui's murder rampage as a reason to take away more of our Constitutional rights, put the people in a communi$t police state, and pass guns laws and give law enforcement more rights over the people. For the same reasons the Federal Reserve Fraud manipulates school kid shootings in the USA and Russia, and the DC sniper murders, the New World Order manipulated Seung Hui to go on his murder rampage and now logic dictates the Federal Reserve Fraud controls the investigation and media coverage. Also Federal Reserve Fraud infects our brave soldiers with viruses to transmit to the people of the planet and this is about as evil and cowardly as one can get. If the Federal Reserve Fraud will use our brave soldiers for their bio terrorism schemes, it stands to reason there is nothing Federal Reserve Fraud will not do. Can't you see the Rothchilds and Rockefellers slapping themselves on the back and bragging about manipulating an autistic mentally ill Asian kid to go on a murder rampage.

It is interesting the Houston Chronicle published this update on Seung Hui Cho. Boy do I know a few volcanic eruptions going on because Seung Hui went nuts and murdered 30. One day the Federal Reserve Fraud, Rothchilds, and Little George may find out what it really means to mess with Texas.

ROANOKE, Va. — Two days before the Virginia Tech massacre, witnesses saw a suspicious man in a hooded sweatshirt and the doors of the building where Seung Hui Cho killed 30 people were chained shut, police said today.

Cho chained the doors of Norris Hall before his rampage there, but investigators said they had no indication he was the person who had chained the exits the first time.

"It would be speculation to suggest that he was practicing locking the doors," State Police Superintendent Col. Steve Flaherty said in the first update on the investigation in months.

Cho, a mentally disturbed student, killed 29 students and faculty members at Norris Hall after fatally shooting two people in a dormitory April 16. He killed himself as police broke through the chained doors.

Authorities have yet to find evidence linking Cho to any of his victims, nothing suggesting he had an accomplice and nothing to clear up his motive.

"Why West Ambler-Johnston? Why Emily Hilscher? We don't know," Virginia Tech police Chief Wendell Flinchum said, referring to one of Cho's first victims and the dorm in which she died.

Since the dormitory was locked early that morning, "we believe Cho waited for some unsuspecting individual to walk in or out of West Ambler-Johnston and then took the opportunity to enter the dorm," Flinchum said.

Investigators have not found the hard drive to Cho's computers, Flaherty said.

"That's a piece of evidence we would love to find, along with his cell phone and possibly some other documents," he said.

A state panel that Gov. Timothy M. Kaine appointed to look into the shootings — the worst in modern U.S. history — is expected to issue a report next month.

The gunman, identified by authorities as Cho Seung-hui, was born in South Korea and grew up in Northern Virginia. He had permanent residence status and was a fourth-year English major at Virginia Tech.[5]

In 2005, Cho had been declared mentally ill by a Virginia special justice and ordered to seek outpatient treatment.[23]

Authorities identified a "person of interest" in the first shooting, Karl Thornhill, who was Emily Hilscher's boyfriend. Hilscher's roommate, Heather Haugh, told authorities that Thornhill owned firearms and had taken both girls to a shooting range. Thornhill was pulled over while leaving Tech's campus after the first shooting, and made authorities suspicious by contradicting Haugh's account.[29] Because authorities quickly apprehended him, they determined that the threat of further violence was minimal and consequently did not justify additional action by the University.[30] However, as they were questioning Mr. Thornhill, reports of widespread shooting at Norris Hall came in, suggesting that the threat had not been contained.[31] Thornhill has subsequently been released, but remains an important witness in the case, according to police.

Seung-Hui Cho was a mind-controlled assassin, whether you believe he was under the influence of outside parties or not, the fact is that the cultural brainwashing of violent video games and psychotropic drugs directly contributed, as it does in all these cases, to the carnage at Virginia Tech on Monday morning.

Gun grabbers are already exploiting the tragedy to disarm future students from the opportunity of being able to defend themselves against deranged killers, but the media circus is completely silent when it comes to the laying blame at the feet of a deadly cocktail of mind-warping drugs and bloodthirsty shoot-em-ups.

Outside of the obvious culpability of the factors we see in every mass shooting - video games and "antidepressant" drugs, numerous red flags concerning Monday events are beginning to suggest that Cho was more than a heartbroken nutcase with an axe to grind.

Charles Mesloh, Professor of Criminology at Florida Gulf Coast University, told NBC 2 News that he was shocked Cho could have killed 32 people with two handguns absent expert training. Mesloh immediately assumed that Cho must have used a shotgun or an assault rifle.

"I'm dumbfounded by the number of people he managed to kill with these weapons," said Mesloh, "The only thing I can figure is that he got close to them and he simply executed them."

Mesloh said the killer performed like a trained professional, "He had a 60% fatality rate with handguns - that's unheard of given 9 millimeters don't kill people instantly," said Mesloh, stating that the handguns Cho used were designed for "plinking at cans," not executing human beings.

Cho was certainly no slouch, in the two hour gap between the first reported shootings and the wider rampage that would occur later in the morning, during which time the University completely failed to warn the students despite having loudspeakers stationed throughout the campus, Cho had time to film a confession video, transfer it to his computer, burn it onto a DVD, package it up, travel to the post office, post the package, and travel back to his dorm room to retrieve his guns and then travel back to the opposite end of the campus to resume the killing spree. The almost inconceivable speed of Cho's actions become more suspicious when we recall initial reports that there were two shooters.

Even if we rule out the fact that Cho had received expert firearms training, the cultural mind control of violent video games and mind-altering psychotropic drugs were themselves a cocktail of brainwashing that directly contributed to the carnage, as they do in nearly all these cases.

From the very first reports of the shootings we predicted the killer would be on prozac, would have recently been in psychiatric care and would have regularly played violent video games and that has precisely turned out to be accurate in all three instances.

"Several Korean youths who knew Cho Seung Hui from his high school days said he was a fan of violent video games, particularly a game called "Counterstrike," a hugely popular online game in which players join terrorism or counterterrorism groups and try to shoot each other using all types of guns," reports Newsmax citing the Washington Post.

"In December 2005 -- more than a year before Monday's mass shootings -- a district court in Montgomery County, Va., ruled that Cho presented "an imminent danger to self or others." That was the necessary criterion for a detention order, so that Cho, who had been accused of stalking by two female schoolmates, could be evaluated by a state doctor and ordered to undergo outpatient care," reports ABC News, " but despite the court identifying the future killer as a risk, they let him go.

Investigators believe that Cho Seung Hui, the Virginia Tech murderer, had been taking anti-depressant medication at some point before the shootings, according to The Chicago Tribune.

Columbine shooters Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, as well as 15-year-old Kip Kinkel, the Oregon killer who gunned down his parents and classmates, were all on psychotropic drugs. Scientific studies proving that prozac encourages suicidal tendencies in young people are voluminous and span back nearly a decade.

Jeff Weise, the Red Lake High School killer was on prozac, "Unabomber" Ted Kaczinski, Michael McDermott, John Hinckley, Jr., Byran Uyesugi, Mark David Chapman and Charles Carl Roberts IV, the Amish school killer, were all on SSRI psychotropic drugs.

Since these deadly drugs are prevalent in almost all mass shooting incidents, where is the call to ban prozac? Why is the knee-jerk reaction always to attack the 2nd Amendment rights of Americans to self-defense, a right that was exercised in January 2002 when students subdued a shooter at another Virginia university before he could kill more than three people because they were allowed guns on campus?

Why are the deeper reasons behind what motivates young men to kill pushed aside while control freaks demand that law-abiding citizens be disarmed of the only thing that can protect them from such madmen?

Questions about the sequence of events on Monday, VA Tech, as well as the profile of the killer are arousing increased suspicion.

We have been receiving numerous calls and e mails alerting us to the fact that VA Tech is pulling links from its website concerning their relationship with the CIA. Reports from November 2005 confirm that the CIA was active in operating recruitment programs based out of VA Tech. Several professors from VA Tech are involved in government programs linked with NASA and other agencies.

Wikipedia also pulled a bizarre recently taken photograph of Cho wearing a U.S. Marines uniform.

Such details only fan the flames of accusations that Cho could have been a Manchurian Candidate, a mind-controlled assassin.

The CIA's program to create mind-controlled assassins that could be triggered by code words, MK ULTRA, is not a conspiracy theory, it's a historical fact documented by declassified government files and Senate hearings. President Bill Clinton himself had to apologize for the program before he left office.

On the Senate floor in 1977, Senator Ted Kennedy said, "The Deputy Director of the CIA revealed that over thirty universities and institutions were involved in an 'extensive testing and experimentation' program which included covert drug tests on unwitting citizens 'at all social levels, high and low, native Americans and foreign."

One such victim of these experiments was Cathy O'Brien, who immediately after the shootings re-iterated the revelations in her latest book, that Blacksburg Virginia is a central location for mind control programs that are still ongoing today.

Researchers into supposed "lone nut" assassinations time and time again run across evidence pointing to CIA mind control experimentation. The best example is Sirhan Sirhan, Bobby Kennedy's assassin. Sirhan was found to be in a completely trance-like state after pulling the trigger and couldn't even remember shooting Kennedy when asked about the incident days later. Sirhan's lawyer, Lawrence Teeter, has presented convincing evidence that Sirhan was under mind control.

Either way you cut it, Seung-Hui Cho was a victim of brainwashing and mind control. The right questions are not being asked and the finger of blame is being pointed in the wrong direction, ensuring that another tragedy like the VA Tech Massacre is almost guaranteed.
