Today Congressman Lee Terry (R-NE) issued the following statement after learning Dr. LeRoy Carhart will be performing late term abortions at his clinic in Bellevue, Nebraska.

"It is deeply concerning that Dr. Carhart wants to make our community the center of horrific late term abortions," said Congressman Terry. "I believe life begins at conception and I will continue to fight against any legislation that would allow for the destruction of human life."
