Jesse has improved customer services by streamlining operations with the use of new technology. This has resulted in shorter than ever wait times at facilities. Over the last few years internet transactions have increased by over 78 percent. In 2006 internet transactions accounted for over $41 million and by 2008 these transactions accounted for over $73 million. Jesse is committed to continuing to digitize services, making them easier, more convenient, less wasteful and more cost efficient for the people of Illinois.
