Let's face it-our road system is crumbling and almost beyond repair. We have gone too long without adequately funding the monies necessary to build and maintain our transportation infrastructure. Without a major overhaul to our current system, we will not be able to continue to attract major new industries such as Boeing, Google, BMW, etc. It is time to consider all forms of financing for transportation infrastructure improvements including tax revenue generated from various forms of gambling including the reinstatement of video poker.
