Voted for H.R. 822, the "National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act."

Voted against funding national gun registry database.

Voted to protect gun owners and collectors from excessive government restrictions and regulations.

Signed an amicus curiae, or "friend of the court," brief supporting Second Amendment rights and opposing City of Chicago's gun ban.

Voted against the so-called DISCLOSE Act that would put onerous restrictions on First Amendment rights of free speech by requiring groups like the NRA and Gun Owners of America to disclose its membership lists to the federal elections agency.
