Our tax code is too costly, too complex and too burdensome for individuals, families, and employers. I believe you know how to spend your money better than Washington bureaucrats do. As a small business owner, I have firsthand experience with the burdens of our current tax structure and the compliance costs it creates.
In addition, American businesses currently face the highest corporate tax rate in the developed world. This policy repels new investment and job creation in the United States while pushing jobs overseas. I look forward to overhauling our broken tax code-- making the system simpler and fairer will reduce rates and spur economic growth.
