The American Civil Engineering Society came out recently with their 5 year plan pointing to 13 areas of infrastructure concerns that have been neglected. All communities will benefit from focusing on these true job creators, putting Hoosiers back to work. They will improve our society and reduce overall costs in both the mid and long term while developing our communities. Some of the infrastructure concerns include roads, bridges, waterways, airports, electrical, storm and waste water. This is a direct need that every Hoosier experiences and uses that deserves a committed focus on improving. I will work tirelessly to ensure the needs of our community are met and addressed including funding the National Highway Trust Fund.
