Congressman Xavier Becerra: America Salutes Its Veterans

Statement

On this Veterans Day, Congressman Xavier Becerra (CA-34), Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, released the following statement honoring our men and women who have worn the uniform in service of our nation:

"Every day that we enjoy the loving company of our family, the serenity of our own home, the security of a decent job, and the hope and opportunity awaiting our children, we should remember that these are all gifts from our fellow Americans who stepped forward and served in our military. There is no better way to say thank you to them than to make sure these very same gifts are within the reach of every one of our veterans. That's a mission America can and must accomplish!"
