"The bill passed today is an attack on a working woman's right to make decisions about her health and her body. Exactly 42 years after the Supreme Court ruled American women had the right to make health care decisions free from government interference, Republican men continue to legislate like it's 1950. It's 2015 -- we should not be debating women's rights but fighting to expand access to reproductive health care for all women.
"Democrats will continue to stand against Republicans' attempts to strip away a woman's right to make her own choices about her and her family's health above investments in working families."
