Reichert: Obamacare Still Fundamentally Flawed

Today, U.S. Congressman Dave Reichert (WA-8) issued the following statement after the Supreme Court's King v. Burwell decision in favor of Burwell:

"Today's Supreme Court ruling does not change the fact that Obamacare continues to hurt hard working American families and businesses. Premiums have increased, patients have lost access to their preferred doctors and hospitals, and workers have had their hours cut because of this fundamentally flawed law. As a member of the Ways and Means Committee I am committed to working with my colleagues to enact solutions that put patients first, give individuals the freedom to choose the health care plan they want, and ensure both high-quality and affordable care."
