Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the state, agencies or political subdivision of the state, except the Legislature, from enacting or implementing laws, rules or ordinances concerning possession or storage of firearms. State, county, municipal judicial departments, law enforcement agencies and prosecutorial agencies retain the ability to prohibit individuals from carrying a deadly weapon into a public establishment or public event.
