Vote Smart's Synopsis:

Vote to pass a bill that allows Circuit Courts to sentence juveniles by enforcing the jurisdiction of both the criminal code and the Youth Court Law. Circuit Courts could also suspend the adult sentence if the juvenile successfully completed their juvenile sentence. This act also restores the parole eligibility to those convicted of offenses whil they were still juveniles.
