Highlights:
Authorizes an individual or individual’s parents, legal guardians, or other caretakers to possess cannabidiol if the individual has received a written certification from a licensed physician that he or she is diagnosed with the following (Sec. 1):
Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome;
Dravet Syndrome; or
Any other severe form of epilepsy that is not adequately treated by traditional medical therapies.
