Title: Prohibits Smoking Electronic Cigarettes in Certain Indoor Areas

Prohibits an individual from smoking or using a tobacco product on certain premises, including, but not limited to, the following (Secs. 10-18 & 20):
On the premises of a school;
On the premises of a public building; and
On the premises of a licensed day care facility.
Prohibits an individual from smoking or using a tobacco product in a motor vehicle when a minor is present (Sec. 21).
Authorizes local governing bodies to further restrict or regulate the smoking of tobacco products in any manner that is consistent with the provisions of this bill (Sec. 19).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill do not affect any laws or regulations regarding medical cannabis (Sec. 28).
