  • Authorizes schools to lower a teacher’s annual performance score if they determine that the teacher was using sick leave in a manner inconsistent with the school’s established policies (Sec. 1).

NOTE: A TWO-THIRDS MAJORITY OF THOSE PRESENT AND VOTING IS REQUIRED TO OVERRIDE A GOVERNOR'S VETO.
