Title: Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2019
Vote to pass a bill that appropriates financial services and general government for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019 and for other purposes.
Appropriates $208.7 million to the Department of the Treasury for departmental offices salaries and expenses (Title I).
Appropriates $159 million to the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence for salaries and other expenses (Title I).
Appropriates $25.2 million to the Cybersecurity Enhancement Account in the Department of the Treasury to remain available until September 30, 2021 (Title I).
Appropriates $37 million to the Office of Inspector General (Title I).
Appropriates $169.6 million to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration of the Department of the Treasury (Title I).
Appropriates $55 million to White House (Title II).
Appropriates $11.8 million to the salaries and expenses for the National Security Council and Homeland Security Council (Title II).
Appropriates $100 million to the Office of Administration (Title II).
Appropriates $101 million to the Office of Management and Budget (Title II).
Appropriates $280 million to the National Drug Control Policy’s High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Program (Title II).
Appropriates $117.3 million to the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 2006 to be available as follows (Title II):
$99 million for the Drug-Free Communities Program;
$2 million for drug court training and technical assistance;
$9.5 million for anti-doping activities;
$2.5 million for the United States membership dues to the World Anti-Doping Agency; and
$1.25 million to be made available when needed.
Appropriates $84.7 million to the Supreme Court of the United States for salaries and expenses (Title III).
Appropriates $32 million for the salaries and expenses for the employees of the circuit courts (Title III).
Appropriates $19.4 million to the United States Court of International Trade (Title III).
Appropriates $5.1 billion to the Courts of appeals, district courts, and other judicial services for salaries and expenses (Title III).
Appropriates $1.1 billion the defender services (Title III).
Appropriates $92.4 million for the administrative office of the United States courts for salaries and expenses (Title III).
Appropriates $30 million to the District of Columbia (Title IV).
Appropriates $244.9 million as federal payments to the District of Columbia courts (Title IV).
Appropriates $126 million to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (Title V).
Appropriates $333.1 million to the Federal Communications Commission (Title V).
Appropriates $71.2 million to the Federal Election Commision (Title V).
Appropriates $26.2 million to the Federal Labor Relations Authority (Title V).
Appropriates $309.7 million to the Federal Trade Commision (Title V).
Appropriates $9.6 billion to the general services administration real property fund, with it being split between the following (Title V):
$1 billion to remain available until expended for construction and acquisition;
$890 million to remain available until expended for repairs and alterations, including associated design and construction services;
$5.4 billion for rental of space to remain available until expended; and
$2.2 billion for building operations.
Appropriates $375.1 million for operating expenses for the National Archives and Records Administration and archived Federal records and related activities (Title V).
Appropriates $16.4 to the Office of Government Ethics (Title V).
Appropriates $26.5 million to the Office of Special Counsel (Title V).
Appropriates $1.6 billion to the Securities and Exchange Commission (Title V).
Appropriates $267.5 million to the Small Business Administration (Title V).
Appropriates $241 million to entrepreneurial development programs (Title V).
Appropriates $55.2 million to the United States Postal Services (Title V).
