    • The applicant shows an Employment Authorization Document issued under category C33, A12, or C19; and

    • The Employment Authorization Document of the applicant expired on or after August 1, 2014.

  • Repeals section 3 on December 31, 2021 (Sec. 4).

  • Declares the existence of an emergency and specifies that this Act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety (Sec. 7).
