Vote to pass a bill that increases the minimum wage to $11 or $12 dollars, dependent on whether the employer provides health insurance.

Highlights:

  • Requires all employers in the state of Nevada that do not offer health benefits to pay the following wages to their employees (Sec. 1.5):

    • $8.25 beginning July 1, 2019;

    • $9.00 beginning July 1, 2020;

    • $9.75 beginning July 1, 2021;

    • $10.50 beginning July 1, 2022;

    • $11.25 beginning July 1, 2023; and

    • $12.00 beginning July 1, 2024.
