Highlights:

• Appropriates $23.2 million to the Illinois State Board of Education (Sec. 5).

• Appropriates the following amounts to the Illinois State Board of Education for Evidence-Based Funding (Sec. 10):

• $728.8 million from the Education Assistance Fund;

• $3.2 billion from the Common School Fund;
