  • Authorizes school districts, county boards of education, and charter schools to allow parents and guardians of students to administer medical marijuana to their child on school premises (Sec. 2).

  • Requires parents or guardians, when entering school premises to administer medical marijuana, to do all of the following, including, but not limited to (Sec. 2):

    • Provide a valid written medical recommendation of medical marijuana for the school to keep on file; and
