  • Specifies that if, during the commission of the crime of unauthorized entry of a critical infrastructure, the person injures, removes  destroys, breaks, or otherwise interrupts or interferes with the operation of a critical infrastructure asset, the person is guilty of a Class C felony (Sec. 1).

  • Specifies that a person commits the crime of unauthorized entry of a critical infrastructure while possessing or operating an unmanned aircraft while possessing or operating an unmanned aircraft system with an attached weapon, firearm, explosive, destructive device, or ammunition os guilty of a Class C felony (Sec. 1).

  • Amends the definition of “critical infrastructure” to include a chemical manufacturing or processing facility, a pipeline, a refinery, an electrical power generating facility, mining operations, beneficiation infrastructure, mining infrastructure, a trucking terminal, any facility designed as critical infrastructure, and any industrial plant or facility of any of the aforementioned sites (Sec. 1).

  • Defines a “person” as an individual, trust, estate, corporation, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, limited liability company, or unincorporated nonprofit association that has a separate legal existence under state law (Sec. 1).
