Vote to pass a bill that requires the continuation of mail-in voting for another year due to COVID-19 complications.

Highlights:

• Requires county elections officials to mail out a ballot to every registered voter in the state of California 29 days before any election to be held in the year 2021 (Sec. 2(a)).

• Requires that county elections officials have 5 days to mail out ballots to all individuals who register to vote on the 29th day before any election (Sec 2.(a)).
