• Classifies sex as individual's biological sex which is based solely on an individual's reproductive biology and genetics at birth (Sec. 1-2).

• Prohibits the state from (Sec. 1-1):

• Allowing an individual of the opposite sex who is under 18 years of age or who is enrolled in high school to participate on an athletic team which is exclusively for females or males;

• Sponsor an athletic event exclusively for males or exclusively for females which allows participation by an individual of the opposite sex who is under 18 years of age or who is enrolled in high school; or

• Use or permit to be used an athletic facility, stadium, field, structure, or otherproperty athletic event conducted exclusively for males or females in which an individual of the opposite sex who is under 18 years of age or who is enrolled in high school is allowed to participate.
