  • Authorizes the Secretary of State Election Board to join the state of Oklahoma in a multistate voter list maintenance organization, including an electronic registration information center (ERIC) or its successor (Sec. 1).

  • Specifies that upon membership with an organization the Secretary of State Election Board may provide voter registration data and the Department of Public Safety may provide motor vehicle license data to the organization (Sec. 1).

  • Specifies that voter registration data may include the following, including an individual’s (Sec. 1):

    • Name;

    • Address;

    • Date of birth;

    • Driver or state identification number;

    • Last 4 digits of their social security number; or

    • Any other data required by the organization.

  • Authorizes the aforementioned multistate voter list maintenance organization to identify and notify residents who are citizens of the United States and eligible to vote but not yet registered on the procedure for becoming a registered voter (Sec. 1).

  • Establishes that this act shall take effect July 1, 2021 (Sec. 2).
