    • To accompany a student needing assistance when the accompanying individual is an employee of the local board of education or the student’s parent or authorized caregiver;

    • To receive assistance in using the area; or

    • When the restroom has been temporarily designated for use by that individual’s biological sex.

  • Establishes that this act shall take effect 3 months after its passage and approval by the Governor (Sec. 2).
