Title: Limits Use of Age-Related Questions on Job Applications
Vote to pass a bill that limits the use of age-related questions on job applications.
Prohibits the employment practice of requesting or requiring a prospective employee’s age, date of birth, dates of attendance at or date of graduation from an educational institution on an initial employment application (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 2).
