Vote to pass a bill that prohibits individual from selling or possessing a large capacity magazine.

Highlights:

• Prohibits the manufacture, sale, purchase, receipt, transfer, or possession of a large-capacity magazine capable of holding more than 17 rounds of ammunition (Sec 1).

• Specifies exemptions when (Sec 1):

• The owner is a law enforcement officer required to maintain or possess a high-capacity magazine for official business; or

• A licensed firearms dealer or manufacturer is in possession of the magazine for export to a client in another state.

• Establishes a large-capacity magazine buyback program (Sec 1).
