• Prohibits a licensed physician from performing an abortion on the basis of a disability unless in cases of medical emergency to save the life of the pregnent individual (Article 2Q, Sec. 16).

• Specifies that a licensed physician found to have intentionally or reckless performed or induced an abortion in violation of this act to be subject to disipline from the applicable licensure board for that conduct, including, but not limited to, the loss of their professional license to practie (Article 2Q, Sec. 16).
