Vote to pass a bill that authorizes the processing of absentee ballots the day before an election but prohibits the results from being posted until after polls closed.

Highlights:

• Prohibits any voting machine, electronic voting system, or automatic tabulating equipment and any component thereof from being connected to the internet (Sec. 7).

• Requires that the chief inspector at each polling place in a municipality complete incident reports documenting each occurance of voters waiting in line for at least one hour before voting (Sec. 13).

• Authorizes the processing of absentee ballots the day before an election but prohibits the results from being posted until after polls closed on election day (Sec. 13).
