Highlights:

• Requires to-go cocktails to be secured with a tamper-evident lid (Sec. 1).

• Requires to-go alcohol to be transferred within its original container (Sec. 2).

• Requires mixed drinks packaged by the alcohol licensee to be affixed with a label listing (Sec. 2):

• The name of the cocktail and type of alcohol;

• The name and license number of the alcohol licensee;
