Vote to concur with house amendments and pass a bill that prohibits all abortions unless the pregnant individual's life is at risk or the pregnancy was the result of rape or incest.

Highlights:

• Prohibits the licensing of any abortion clinic (Secs. 9-16).

• Prohibits healthcare providers from covering abortions, unless the pregnancy is a health threat or is the result of rape or incest (Sec. 18)

• Prohibits state consent to abortion on behalf of emancipated minors, unless the pregnancy is a health threat or is the result of rape or incest (Sec. 20)

• Authorizes abortion procedures within (Sec. 21):
