Title: Authorizes 18-19 Year Olds to Sell Alcohol
Vote to pass a bill that authorizes 18-19 year olds to sell alcohol.
Requires employees to be at least 18 years of age to sell or serve alcoholic beverages (Sec. 1.1c).
Prohibits individuals under 20 years old from bartending and similar activities (Sec. 1.3)
Authorizes workers 18 and older to work in wholesale and distribution warehouses for alcohol under the condition that there is another employee 21 and older (Sec. 1.4).
