  • Specifies that on October 21, 2020 the President issued an executive order titled “Creating Schedule F in the Expected Service” which places executive agency positions that are of a confidential, policy-determining/making/advovating character, and not subject to change as a result of presidential transition, under a new schedule in the expected service (Schedule F) instead of the competitive service (Sec. 2).

  • Requires any of aforementioned positions in the expected service be reclassified to Schedule F (Sec. 2).
