Highlights:

• Establishes state legal protections for all reproductive and gender-affirming and reproductive health care services (Sec. 1).

• Defines “gender-affirming health care services” as all supplies, care, and services of a medical, behaviral health, mental health, surgical, psychiatric, therapuetic, diagnostic, prevantative, rehabilative, or supportive nature relating to the treatment of gender dysphoria, including insurance coverage (Sec. 1).

• Defines “reproductive health care services” as all supplies, care, and services of a medical behaviral health, mental health, surgical, psychiatric, therapuetic, diagnostic, prevantative, rehabilative, or supportive nature relating to pregnancy, contraception, sterilization, assisted reproduction, pregnancy loss management, or the termination of a pregnancy (Sec. 1).
