• Defines “self-administered hormonal contraceptive” for the purposes of this bill as a contraceptive approved by the United States food and drug administration to prevent pregnancy, including (Sec. 1):

• Oral hormonal contraceptive;

• Hormonal vaginal ring; and

• Hormonal contraceptive patch.

• Exempts any drug intended to induce an abortion from the aforementioned definition (Sec. 1).
