Title: Increases Birth Control Restrictions for Minors
Vote to pass a bill that increases birth control restrictions for minors under 18 years of age.
Defines “self-administered hormonal contraceptive” for the purposes of this bill as a contraceptive approved by the United States food and drug administration to prevent pregnancy, including (Sec. 1):
Oral hormonal contraceptive;
Hormonal vaginal ring; and
Hormonal contraceptive patch.
Exempts any drug intended to induce an abortion from the aforementioned definition (Sec. 1).
Authorizes licensed pharmacists to administer epinephrine auto-injectors to individuals 18 and older (Sec. 1).
