Requires polling locations to have a parking spot available for curbside voting (Sec. 2).
Requires mail in ballot applications be available online in a format that allows individuals to complete before printing (Sec. 3).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 4).
