Title: Establishes Voter Removal Process for Individuals Who Have Not Voted in the Previous 25 Months

  • Requires the state registrar to send a notice requesting confirmation of address to an individual if a voter has an address that is a commercial mailbox, if the person has not voted in an election in 25 months, or the registrar has other reason to believe that the person’s address maybe incorrect (Sec. 1).
