Vote to pass a bill that establishes a process for voter removal for individuals who have not voted in the previous 25 months.

Highlights:

• Requires the state registrar to send a notice requesting confirmation of address to an individual if a voter has an address that is a commercial mailbox, if the person has not voted in an election in 25 months, or the registrar has other reason to believe that the person’s address maybe incorrect (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that this act goes into effect on September 1st 2023 (Sec. 1).
