• Requires landlords go through a mandatory court mediation process before evicting a renter who receives supplemental securtiy income, social security disability insurance, or cash assistance through the Colorado Works program (Sec. 1).

• Requires that the aforementioned mediation process be conducted by a trained neutral third party and be provided at no cost to the residential tenant (Sec. 1).
