    • A representative from the Office of the Child Protection Ombudsman; and

    • A representative from the sexual assault or domestic violence victims’ rights communities.

  • Specifies the task force members will serve without compensation (Sec. 1).

  • Requires the task force to meet 6 times before January 8, 2024 and the first meeting must occur no later than July 17, 2023 (Sec. 1). 

  • Requires the task force to report its findings and recommendations to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees on or before January 8, 2024 (Sec. 1).
