Vote to pass a bill that amends liability laws to make some owners immune from liability when they allow recreation on their land in the state of Oregon.
Specifies that settlements related to minors claims may not be disclosed under confidentiality (Sec. 3).
Specifies that court recordings of minor's claims are confidential as well (Sec. 3).
Defines “Local Government” (Sec. 1).
Specifies that individuals traveling on right of ways that have been improved, designed or maintained to provide access for recreational purposes, gardening, woodcutting or the harvest of special forest products have certain immunities (Sec. 7).
