Authorizes supplemental agriculture appropriations (Sec. 1).
Establishes providing broadband appropriation transfer authority (Sec. 1).
Amends Policy and technical changes to agriculture provisions (Sec. 1).
Establishes new agriculture programs (Sec. 1).
Requiring an application for federal broadband aid (Sec. 1).
Amends appropriations to the Office of Cannabis Management and the Department of Health (Sec. 1).
Amends fees assessed by the Department of Commerce (Sec. 1).
Establishes Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (Sec. 1).
Establishes and modifies consumer protection provisions (Sec. 1).
Appropriates money for energy, utilities, environment, and climate purposes (Sec. 1).
