Highlights:

  • Increases state minimum wage by $2 to $10.85 and sets it to rise with inflation starting January 1, 2025, among other various labor appropriations in Minnesota, including repealing and eliminating the lower minimum wage tier for the following, including (Sec. 2-9):

    • Employees at small businesses;
