Authorizes promulgation of rules to register temporary license plate vendors and the imposition of fees (Sec. 1-14).
Establishes vendor requirements and grants authority to revoke registration and the administering of fines and penalties (Sec. 1-14).
Authorizes certain bond and insurance requirements and establishes requirements for plates (Sec. 1-14).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect September 1, 2024 (Sec. 15).
