• Prohibits any reservation black market in the state that makes hawking reservations for food service establishments in online forums obtained by bots illegal in New York (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits third-party restaurant reservation services from listing, advertising, promoting, or selling reservations for a food service establishment through the website, mobile application, or other platform of such third-party restaurant reservation service without a written agreement between the third-party restaurant reservation service and the food service establishment to include reservations at the food service establishment on the website, mobile application or other platform (Sec. 1).

• Specifies individuals found to have violated this bill shall be subject to a $1,000 maximum civil penalty per violation (Sec. 1).
