• Amends provisions relating to landlord-tenant agreements in Missouri and prohibits any county, municipality, or other political subdivision from imposing or enforcing a moratorium on eviction proceedings unless specifically authorized by state law (Sec. A).

• Requires transfers of titles of real property for rental properties with outstanding collectible judgments be filed in the circuit court within 30 days after title transfer (Sec. A).

• Specifies that provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. A).
