Vote to pass a bill that amends the state constitution of North Carolina to only allow citizens to vote in elections

Highlights:

• Amends the state constitution to no longer state that every individual over the age of 18 and who has been naturalized can participate in the civic duty of voting (Sec. 1).

• Requires that only United States citizens can now vote in elections in the state of North Carolina 

• Requires this amendment to be submitted and in action during the November 5th, 2024 general election (Sec. 2)

• Requires the question asked in the voting system to specify “For” or “Against” with an appropriate place to mark one’s vote (Sec. 2)
