Highlights:

• Authorizes licensed breweries, wineries, and distilleries to use two manufacturing facilities within a radius of 10 miles (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes places that are off-licensed premises to conduct tastings and educational classes (Sec. 3).

• Increases the hours for tasting to as early as 10 AM and as late as 9 PM (Sec. 3).
