  • Violations of this act will result in a felony and a prison sentence of a term not more than ten years and fined no more than $10,000 (Sec. 1.2). 

  • Specifies any person convicted of a second or subsequent offense will result in a felony and a prison sentence of a term not more than fifteen years and fined no more than $20,000 (Sec. 1.3). 

  • Establishes this act as the Jeremy Todd Malone Law (Sec. 1.4). 

  • Authorizes this act to be in place after July 1, 2024 (Sec. 2).
